Why Christians Should Care About Where Their Supplements Come From

August 25, 2026

As a Christian, you probably already pray over your food before you eat it. You bless what goes into your body. You ask God to sanctify it and use it for His glory.

But have you ever stopped to think about who made what you're putting into your body?

Most of us don't. We grab whatever protein powder is on sale, whatever creatine has the best reviews, whatever pre-workout is trending on social media. We don't ask who owns the company. We don't ask what values they stand for. We don't ask whether the people behind the product share our faith, our worldview, or our commitment to honoring God.

And maybe it's time we started.

You Don't Know Who You're Supporting

When you buy from a mainstream supplement company, you don't always know:

What values the owners hold
What causes your money is funding
Whether the brand stands for anything that aligns with your faith
What spiritual atmosphere surrounded the creation of that product

As believers, we are called to be wise stewards — not just of our bodies, but of our resources, our influence, and our alignment.

"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" — 2 Corinthians 6:14

Now, this verse speaks primarily to relationships — but the principle runs deep. As Christians, we are called to be intentional about who we partner with, who we support, and who we give our resources to.

We Pray Over Everything

Many Christian households pray before every meal. We bless our food. We ask God to sanctify what we consume and use it to strengthen us for His purposes.

But what if the product itself was created with that same intention from the very beginning?

What if the brand that made your protein powder prayed over their formulas? What if the company that made your creatine was founded on Scripture? What if every scoop you took came from a brand that openly proclaims the name of Jesus Christ?

That is exactly what Isaac Temple Nutrition is.

Isaac Temple Nutrition: Built by Believers, for Believers

Isaac Temple Nutrition was founded by Isaac Gafishi — a Christian entrepreneur who built this brand on one conviction: your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it deserves to be fueled by a company that believes that too.

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." — 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

At Isaac Temple Nutrition, faith is not a marketing strategy. It is the foundation. Every product features Scripture and prayer directly on the label. Every formula is built with clean, transparent ingredients that honor the body God gave you. Every purchase supports a brand that openly stands for Jesus Christ.

You know exactly who made it. You know exactly what they believe. You know exactly where your money is going.
